About oldskoolreview.co.uk
Old Skool Review's creator and owner Daniel Beale has been loosely involved with the rave scene since 1990.
In 1995 he started writing for Eternity Magazine alongside his wife Louise. This came to an end when Eternity sadly ceased to exist in 1998.
After a long break from the scene from 2000 to 2008 his interest in the current Drum and Bass scene started to grow alongside a lifelong passion for all things old skool. He now writes the Old Skool Blog and various one off features for Knowledge Magazine, now kown as www.kmag.co.uk
He lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and 3 children.

This site has been conceptualised and realised in order that our illustrious musical heritage be preserved for all eternity. Most of us that witnessed those glorious times first hand will have fond memories of those days.
Some of those of you reading this now that weren't there will no doubt have built up a thirst for knowledge on what has now come to pass as a bona fide, histrionic and highly influential youth movement. We wish you well on your journey through Old Skool Review, and hope you find our articles both informative and entertaining. We will be tracking down and interviewing the individuals and organisations that changed the course of UK dance music history. We hope to set ourselves apart from other websites by going that extra mile, bringing you rare images, articles, interviews and contributions.
Please feel free to email the site so we can send you updates on new material or news. Your suggestions for future features, or honest opinions will be gratefully recieved. Without your feedback we can't progress!!
This website is non profit making, and the visual quality represents that fact. The real aim of the site is focussing on content not qaulity. It's all about the words man, the words!!!!!!!
